Partnerships With Purpose

QM is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with Indigenous peoples, communities and businesses.

By respecting local culture, traditions and protocols—and aligning project opportunities with community priorities—we create safer, more productive working environments and stronger outcomes for our partners, clients and communities.

Building Capacity Together

QM’s Indigenous Inclusion and Capacity Building Program guides our commitment to meaningful Indigenous participation in the projects we undertake.

Through training, employment, subcontracting and business ventures, we work with Indigenous communities and organizations to create opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project and contribute to long-term capacity building.

Community Engagement and Empowering Youth

Effective community engagement is the cornerstone of our Partnerships with Purpose approach.

From project planning through completion, QM works closely with clients, partners and communities to identify mutually beneficial opportunities. These initiatives can include training, job-readiness support, coaching, mentorship and opportunities for young people to gain practical experience while working toward their educational and career goals.

Our objective is to maintain meaningful dialogue, strengthen local capacity and build relationships that continue well beyond the completion of an individual project.
